President Bush retaliates against opponent in US Supreme Court case

A civil case was brought against President Bush in Washington D.C. which progressed through the District and Appeals Courts to the United States Supreme Court. The case has become increasingly perilous for the President. Acting through White House officials and other agents, President Bush has, as a consequence, embarked upon intimidation, retaliation and harassment of the petitioner in the case Anthony P. Keyter vs. George w. Bush, number 05-140.

In an act of retaliation against his opponent, President Bush has ordered the destruction of the livelihood of the petitioner in the case.

The President has conspired with executives of the Boeing Company to destroy the livelihood of the petitioner in order to restrict his ability to further conduct court proceedings. A criminal complaint filed against the participating Boeing Directors was illegally removed from Supreme Court records, denying the justices sight thereof.

President Bush ordered the illegal removal of key documents from the Supreme Court Records, denying the justices sight thereof. Amongst the many documents removed are the following:

Without access to key documents, the Supreme Court's decisions were flawed and defective, and advantaged the President. The illegal removal of crucial evidence from court has proved a most effective way for President Bush to avoid civil prosecution and criminal investigation. Some of the missing documents may be viewed on the Internet at www.anthonykeyter.com.

Further actions by the White House aimed at neutralizing the petitioner in the case Keyter vs Bush.

President Bush is widely abusing the state machinery to protect himself from civil and criminal prosecution in his personal capacity. In pursuing his illicit goals, he has implicated, amongst others: officials from the Whitehouse; the Attorney General and officials from the Department of Justice; The FBI; The Federal Aviation Authorities; The Supreme Court Police; and corrupt officials and judges in the courts. His actions include:

The United States Senate has been informed of these irregularities and criminality, but it would seem that the President of the United States: 1) has free reign to violate the Constitution and the laws of the country with impunity 2) has carte blanche to abuse his position of power and the machinery of state for personal advantage, and 3) will find any number of willing agents to facilitate his lawlessness.
