Press Release - June 11, 2007
Criminal Charges filed with the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States Armed Forces against 443 for Seditious Conspiracy and Insurrection against the Authority of the United States
.____________________________
On June 1, 2007, criminal charges were filed with the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States Armed Forces against 443 people for 'Insurrection against the laws of the United States' and 'Seditious Conspiracy'. The statutes on Treason, Sedition, and Subversive Activities, prohibit civil disobedience to the laws. (See Letter and Insurrection document).
The Joint Chiefs of Staff have taken an oath to defend the country and its Constitution against all enemies, foreign or domestic. The top commanders of the US Armed Forces are compelled to quell the treacherous rebellion against the laws.
Three hundred and ninety three (393) government officials and 50 others (443 people) stand accused of engaging in a major insurrection and seditious conspiracy within the government and the courts to obstruct the administration of the laws, defeat the course of justice, provide protection to known criminals, and to deny citizens the Constitutional rights to 'due process' and 'protection of the laws'.
The 443 have incited, engaged in, or assisted subversive acts against the laws; or, have made the criminal violations possible by failing to enforce, administer, and execute the laws, and sanctioned the continuation thereof. They are charged with committing or suppressing in excess of 1.6 million felonies against the United States which represent a powerful insurrection against the laws of the country. The felonies include conspiracy against rights, obstruction of justice, burglary, perjury, fraud, theft, tampering with evidence, intimidating and retaliating against a witness, and numerous others serious offenses.
Despite overwhelming evidence of the subversive activity, no investigations or prosecutions have taken place. Government institutions tasked with law and order, as well as the courts, have simply abrogated their obligations to administer the laws in order to protect the malfeasant officials implicated, from prosecution. When exposure of the offenses became imminent, the insurgents resorted to the use of force, and attempted kidnap and murder in order to thwart the enforcement, administration, and execution of the laws upon the seditious conspirators.
Deeply implicated in the seditious conspiracy, President Bush has over an extended period of time abrogated his obligations under the Constitution to "take care of the faithful execution of the laws". (Article II, Section 3). The Department of Justice, under the leadership of a Machiavellian Attorney General - loyal to a corrupt President - has not only orchestrated and supported the cover up of crimes, but has coordinated some of the criminal activities of the insurrection.
Seven hundred and sixty five (765) statements and declarations have been made to the courts (to 99 state and federal judges), reporting the seditious conspiracy. These declarations invoked mandatory judicial duties to attend to the crimes, and also petitioned the judges for protection of the laws against harmful criminal acts by the insurrectionists. Not one was responded to or addressed by the judiciary.
These facts are well documented in the 114 fraudulent court proceedings of 17 court cases, which reveal the depth of depravity in the courts and in the top echelons of United States Government. In particular, 3 related US Supreme Court cases provide clear evidence of the insurrection: Keyter vs. McCain et al. (no.06-1069); Keyter vs. President Bush (no.05-140); and Keyter vs. 230 Government Officers (no. 06-284). In their turn, the US Supreme Court Justices displayed the same perfidy, betrayal, and subversive activity against the state as the lower court judges. The Supreme Court Justices lent their considerable but corrupt power to the insurrectionists by aiding them to evade justice on some 56 occasions thus far.
Consequently, the 110th Congress of the United States was alerted to this powerful insurrection against the laws of the country, and a fresh round of criminal charges of Seditious Conspiracy and Insurrection was filed with every member of the US Senate and House. (See: Letter to US House). However, as certain Members of Congress have played key roles in fostering and concealing the lawlessness, Congress simply declined to act upon the insurrection, thereby providing aid and comfort to the seditious conspirators.
As a result of the total defeat of justice in the executive, judicial, and legislative branches of government surrounding this case, a Criminal Complaint, addressing the insurrection and seditious conspiracy, was filed with the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Armed Forces. Together with the charges, 1700 pages of prima facie evidence of the crimes were provided to the Joint Chiefs in two criminal dossiers titled: the 'Dossier of Crimes', and the dossier 'State-supported Tyranny upon the Populace'.
The criminal charges were filed directly with General Peter Pace and the other Joint Chiefs of Staff as persons in military authority under the United States, pursuant the statutes on Misprision of Felony (18USC4) and Misprision of Treason (18USC2382); and in accordance with their Oath of Office to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic". General Pace and his Joint Chiefs of Staff were urgently requested to terminate and address the progress of the conspiracy. However, it appears now that General Pace himself has become a casualty of the insurrectionists through a clash with President Bush over whether to address or conceal the illegal conspiracy.
Nevertheless, it is incumbent upon the top military commanders of the United States Armed Forces to protect the nation against its enemies; to quell the insurrection against the Constitution and laws; and to remove the conspirators from their positions of power from whence they continue their Seditious Conspiracy, and Insurrection against the Laws of the United States.
