Bush, Roberts, Gonzales, and Mueller in US Supreme Court for
attempted Kidnap and Murder

Two years after attempts were initiated in the United States Supreme Court to kidnap and murder the President's opposing litigant in case no. 05-140, President George W. Bush, Chief Justice John Roberts, former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, and FBI Director Robert Mueller (and their co-conspirators), are back in the US Supreme Court on criminal charges of sedition and conspiracy to kidnap and murder.

A criminal case has been brought by the United States of America against Bush, Roberts, Gonzales, and Mueller, for their roles in respectively commanding, initiating, coordinating, and executing the foiled murder plot, and for subsequently concealing all evidence thereof. The case involving the four leaders was initially filed in the US District Court of Colorado under criminal case no. 1:08cr00085. The case progressed through the 10th Circuit Appeals Court as case no. 08-1064, where two associated cases against co-conspirators were joined and consolidated into the single case now under contention in the US Supreme Court, under the title: United States of America vs 14,164 Seditious Conspirators. The plot to murder President Bush's Supreme Court opponent in case no. 05-140, was set in motion when a criminal complaint filed in that case threatened to reveal the extensive theft of Supreme Court Record by agents acting at the behest of President Bush. The document significantly increased the risk of public exposure and prosecution of President Bush and his co-conspirators. Within 24 hours of the criminal complaint being filed in the US Supreme Court, President Bush and his agents instigated a criminal scheme to retaliate against his opposing litigant with intent to kill and eliminate him as primary witness to the crimes, to prevent further testimony and to thwart the course of justice. The execution of this plot commenced in the Supreme Court and unfolded through the offices of the White House, the Boeing Company, and the Federal Aviation Authority. A 'Synopsis of the Case' further elucidates this kidnap and murder plot, as well as the broader milieu in which the crimes took place.

An intense group effort in the top structures of the Bush Administration, the US Congress, the Governments of the 50 States, the US Armed Forces, and the Courts, has attempted to conceal the kidnap and murder plot and other crimes. For instance, all evidence of official misconduct, and all trace of case no. 05-140, has been illegally removed from the Supreme Court Record. The failure of government officials to act against the offenders, and their assistance to known criminals to evade justice, has rendered many officials in these institutions 'accessories after the fact' to the criminal deeds. The facts concerning the cover-up of the two kidnap and murder attempts by President Bush and his co-conspirators may be verified with former Whitehouse Press Secretary Scott McClellan, who was fully informed and well prepared at that time to deal with press questions on the murder plot if they arose.

A 2000-page 'Dossier of Crimes', filed in the current Supreme Court case 'United States vs Seditious Conspirators', describes the malfeasant acts in detail and provides prima facie evidence of the sedition.
