United States Congress alerted to a Seditious Conspiracy and Insurrection against the laws of the United States. Charges filed.

Three hundred and ninety three (393) government officials and 50 others (443 people)

stand accused of engaging in or inciting subversive acts against the laws of the United States.

Criminal charges, and evidence thereof, were filed against the insurrectionists in the United States Supreme Court in Keyter vs. McCain et al. (no.06-1069). However, in a profound act of betrayal of the state and of their oaths, the Supreme Court Justices condoned the subversive activity and provided sanctuary to the 443 insurrectionists, illegally suppressing the criminal complaints.

Consequently, the 110^th Congress of the United States has been alerted to this powerful insurrection against the laws of the country. However, as certain Members of Congress have played a key role in fostering and concealing the lawlessness, a fresh round of criminal charges of Seditious Conspiracy and Insurrection were filed with every member of the US Senate and House. Media investigators may obtain further information from any Member of Congress; from the Senate and House Judiciary Committees where detail and prima facie evidence of the conspiracy is filed; or from the Senate/House lawyers who are fully informed. Dear Madam Speaker and Representatives,

 

Re: Filing of 'Affidavit of Complaining Witness / Criminal Complaint' with you via House General Counsel

An 'Affidavit of Complaining Witness/Criminal Complaint', addressing an insurrection and seditious conspiracy against the laws of the United States, has been filed with your attorney, General Counsel of the House.

The criminal charges are filed directly with you as a person in authority under the United States, pursuant the statute on Misprision of Felony, and pursuant your official duties regarding 'legislative jurisdiction over federal courts, judges, and judicial proceedings'. It has become necessary for this method of filing criminal charges directly with you, as a result of the total defeat of the normal course of justice at the hands of the seditious conspiracy - both in the administrative and in the judicial branches of government.

For the past several years, President George W. Bush has led an insurrection against the nation and the American people to defeat the laws of the United States, and has plotted the use of force to prevent, hinder, and delay the execution of the laws. His aids and co-conspirators have engaged in and/or assisted an insurrection against the laws, and have given aid and comfort thereto. For instance, at the behest of President Bush, there were two attempts at kidnap of his Supreme Court opponent in case no. 05-140, and a concomitant double murder plot.

The 1.6 million crimes of the seditious conspiracy are meticulously documented and prima facie evidence against the seditionists is provided in the 1700 pages of the criminal dossiers titled, the 'Dossier of Crimes', and the dossier 'State-supported Tyranny upon the Populace', filed with the Senate and House committees on the Judiciary. The dossiers have been available for your edification and use.

You have previously been informed of this 'seditious conspiracy against the laws' in my profuse correspondence to you. A copy of that correspondence (sans addresses), including correspondence to certain committees, has now been re-dispatched to you via your attorneys in a file titled 'Record of Correspondence to Congress', dated May 24, 2007. This correspondence serves as an aide memoire to you, and as a practical source of information concerning the criminal complaint provided to your attorneys. Any attachments required can be found at the Judiciary committees, or will be forwarded upon your request. This file stands as testimony to your knowledge and sanction of the insurrection against the state and of the seditious conspiracy against the laws.

With this file (the 'Record of Correspondence to Congress') I ardently repeat my many appeals to you for assistance against the harmful insurrection. With my petitions I invoke your government power, individually as person in authority under the United States, and collectively as the United States Congress, to provide due process of law, and 'protection of the laws', where these Constitutional rights have been criminally denied.

My affidavit and correspondence, sent to you via your attorneys, requires immediate and positive action, not an inane form-letter. Kindly advise me without delay what action you have taken, if any, to address and terminate the Insurrection and Seditious Conspiracy against the laws of the United States.
