Press Release - May 13, 2008
Criminal Case against 443 Seditious Conspirators
Filed by United States of America
____________________________
There is a major seditious conspiracy afoot within federal and state governments, and in the courts, to obstruct the administration of the laws, defeat the course of justice, provide protection to known criminals, and to deny constitutional rights to protection of the laws.
The seditious conspirators have engaged in or assisted and incited subversive acts against the laws of the United States by failing to enforce, administer, and execute the laws. The conspirators have illegally removed evidence of their crimes from the courts; have attempted to use force to prevent, hinder, and delay the execution of the laws.
The United States of America has now instituted two criminal cases in the federal courts against its own pernicious leaders and senior government officials. The cases were initially filed in the US District Court for the District of Colorado, under the following case numbers: 1:08-cr-00086 and no.1:08-cr-00085.
The cases implicate high officials in subversive acts against the United States and its laws, and involvement in a criminal conspiracy to kidnap and murder a Supreme Court litigant and key witness to their malfeasance. (US Supreme Court case number 05-140).
In an intense effort by the Bush Administration to suppress these court cases and to avoid criminal prosecution of high-level government officials, the cases filed in the US District Court of Colorado were illegally dismissed within hours of being filed. Colorado Judge Zita L.Weinshienk, acting in violation of the law, was quick to dismiss the cases on contrived grounds without dealing with the crimes and simply ignoring some 2000 pages of documentary evidence available to the court. Appeals have now been lodged with the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in order to address the illegality of the dismissal and to bring the lawbreakers (felonists) to trial. The cases were filed in the Appeals Court under the following case names and numbers:
