President Bush steps up intimidation of his opponent in U.S. Supreme Court Case - Restraining order filed
President Bush faces an increasing predicament in the United States Supreme Court as new evidence is filed which implicates him in multiple felonies. In response, the President has simply arranged for the thieving of that evidence, and has embarked upon a program to intimidate, neutralize, and discredit, the key witness to those felonies. (Supreme Court case no. 05-140, Anthony P. Keyter vs. George W. Bush.)
White House aids have feloniously joined with court officials to illegally remove 41 out of 47 key documents (some 1600 pages) from the Supreme Court Records in the above case. All the missing documents implicate President Bush in violations of the criminal statutes. The Justices have been denied sight of these documents, causing their rulings to be flawed and defective and averting civil and criminal prosecution for the President.
The President has also embarked upon a campaign of severe intimidation and harassment of his opponent in the case, the petitioner Anthony P. Keyter. He has used the Supreme Court Police, the District Court officials and Marshals, the Boeing Company, and the Federal Aviation Authorities to achieve this intimidation. The intimidation is severe and includes the destruction of the petitioner's livelihood, threats to his physical wellbeing, and to his freedom and personal liberty. There is also an ongoing threat of incarceration on fabricated and false pretext.
Accordingly, the petitioner has filed a Motion for an Urgent Restraining Order with the Supreme Court in order to restrain the President and his agents from acts of intimidation and harm to the petitioner and his immediate family, and to restrain the President and his agents from removing or tampering with court evidence.
The very necessity for such a restraining order is a sad testimony to the character of the President of the United States, and to a justice system which allows him impunity to commit crimes with the full support of law-enforcement agencies. A copy of the motion for a restraining order is attached herewith for your information.
