Press Release - March 6, 2008
Ford Motor Company Directors and Boeing Company Directors
violate Securities Exchange Regulations in an attempt to conceal
criminal collusion with high-level Government Officials.
____________________________
Mr. Christopher Cox, Chairman of the United States Securities Exchange Commission has been informed and is fully aware that members of the Boards of Directors of the Ford Motor Company and the Boeing Company are embroiled with high-level officers of government in attempts to suppress information and prosecution of a virulent insurrection against the laws of the United States. This insurrection involves 1140 government officers and several directors/executive officers of the two companies.
Now a Colorado Criminal Case profoundly implicates the directors and numerous executive officers of Ford and Boeing in subversive conduct against the United States (criminal action number 08-cr-00086-ZLW, Presiding Judge Zita L. Weinshienk). The case, United States of America v. 443 Known Insurgents, was originally filed in the United States District Court of Colorado, but has now escalated to the Federal Appeals Court for the 10th Circuit.
Securities Exchange Regulations require company directors to disclose information to shareholders if a director or executive officer is a named subject of imminent criminal proceedings - refer Item 401(f) of Regulation S-K. Furthermore, the Boards of Ford and Boeing have onerous statutory duties to report material irregularities to shareholders that could have a profound impact upon the share price of their companies. No doubt that the arrest of board members and multiple executive officers of these two companies will have a devastating impact upon their respective share prices. Notwithstanding these facts, neither the Ford nor Boeing Directors has adhered to the required statutory disclosures- to the severe prejudice of shareholders and the investing public.
The Directors of the Boards of the Ford Motor Company and the Boeing Company are fully informed that company officials have not only obstructed the proper administration of the laws, but that their actions and inactions have aided and abetted felonious members of their respective companies to escape criminal prosecution. When exposure of the offenses became imminent, the insurgents resorted to the use of force and attempted kidnap and murder in order to thwart the enforcement and execution of the laws upon the seditious conspirators. The Boeing Company and its executive officers, and an Executive Director of The Ford Motor Company, Mr Alan Mulally, played a primary role in the kidnap and murder attempts.
In addition, the Directors of these two companies have burdensome responsibilities under the laws of Misprision of Felony not to conceal, but to report known crimes to a judge. The Directors of both companies have also failed in their statutory obligations under these laws and have consequently rendered themselves criminally culpable in terms of statutes 18USC3; 18USC4; 18USC2383 & 4. (See correspondence urging directors of the Boeing Company to obey the laws of the US. A similar letter was addressed to Directors of Ford).
Not only are the crimes of the directors and certain executive officers of the Ford Motor Company and the Boeing Company now subject to the enquiry by judges of the Federal Appeals Court for the 10th Circuit, their violations of the criminal statutes have been brought to the attention of the United States Attorney General, as well as to the attention of Christopher Cox, Chairman of the United States Securities Exchange Commission, together with evidence of their criminal neglect.
Further information may be obtained via the 'Public Access to Court Electronic Records'(Pacer) from the Criminal Docket of the District Court of Colorado, or from the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, or from the docket of the civil case Keyter v. United States of America filed in the Texas Northern Federal District Court, case number 308cv-260-o. Further information may also be obtained from the writer.
