Civil Suit against Top Contenders Mars Efficacy of

Texas Presidential Primary

____________________________

On February 11, 2008, a civil suit was filed in the US District Court, Northern District of Texas (case # 3:08-cv-00260), which may acutely affect the merit of the Texas presidential primary on March 4, 2008. In fact, the lawsuit is likely to have a profound impact on the ultimate outcome of the presidential race.

Charges filed in the case implicate the top three presidential contenders in subversive acts against the United States, and if found guilty, the statutes 18USC2381, 18USC2383 (and Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution), prohibit Senators McCain, Clinton, and Obama from holding any office under the United States.

Details of the charges against these three leading presidential candidates, and against others acting in collusion with them, can be accessed through Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER), in the case Keyter vs United States of America under the case number provided above. Further information on the broader case of insurrection against the laws of the United States may be gleaned from the website www.anthonykeyter.com
