Press Release
February 7, 2007
Senator McCain in the United States Supreme Court
On February 1, 2007, a case was filed in the United States Supreme Court against Senator John McCain and 30 other malfeasant government officials, titled Anthony P. Keyter vs. John McCain, et al., case number 06-1069. Amongst the 31 respondents are Vice President Cheney, District of Columbia judges, and top Republican lawmakers. The case against these senior government officials is closely related to two other US Supreme Court cases involving senior officials, namely Anthony P. Keyter vs. George W. Bush, case number 05-140; and Anthony P. Keyter vs. 230 Government Officers (or alternatively titled, Anthony P. Keyter vs. Gary Locke, et al.), case number 06-284.
The cases stem from an illegal cover up of multiple felonies committed by lawbreaking government officials. The papers before the court describe how the malfeasant officials have illegally conspired to suppress information of the crimes and how they have rendered criminal assistance to one another in order to escape civil and criminal prosecution. Two criminal dossiers, comprising some 1700 pages of prima facie evidence of the felonies, augment the court papers.
All three cases have been characterized by significant corruption in the lower courts in order to protect the officials from civil and criminal prosecution. This corruption has proceeded uninterruptedly into the Supreme Court. In the cases against President Bush and the 230 government officers, officials resorted to unsurpassed theft of Supreme Court records, intimidation, and severe retaliation against the petitioner. It remains to be seen whether officials and the Supreme Court Justices will deal in the same manner with this case against Senator McCain and his 30 government co-conspirators.
The Petition for Writ of Certiorari in the McCain case is attached. Further information on the three related cases, may be found on the website www.anthonykeyter.com (link to 'Court Cases'). Also refer to the Information Releases on the same website.
