United States House Speaker Pelosi faces early test of
'Honest and Open Congress' policy.
Newly elected House Speaker Pelosi faces an acute test of her well-meaning intention to make this Congress the most 'honest and open Congress in history'.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi has been provided with evidence of a major criminal conspiracy afoot within the courts and the government intent on obstructing the administration of the laws, defeating the course of justice, providing protection to known criminals, and denying Constitutional rights to protection of the laws and ownership of de jure property.
Many high officials of the United States Government are implicated in the cover up of the crimes, including Pelosi's two immediate superiors, President George W. Bush and Vice President Cheney.
Under Republican Leadership, the Congressional Committees on the Judiciary have failed to act on the widespread corruption, and have provided protection against prosecution of the offenders. In the attached letter, House Speaker Pelosi has been requested to act upon the known crime in accordance with her duties under the statutes. (See attachment). She has been asked to report on the involvement of government officers in the violation of criminal statutes, and to call for an independent counsel to investigate the participation of President Bush and Vice President Cheney therein, as the statutes demand.
It remains to be seen whether Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic Congress has the courage, the resolve, and the ethical conviction, to tackle the widespread lawlessness within the government, of which corruption they have been made acutely aware.
The scope of Pelosi's dilemma, and information on the underlying criminal conspiracy within the government, may be found on the website www.anthonykeyter.com (Also link to 'Court Cases').
