Civil Court Case
Anthony P. Keyter vs President Bush, Chief Justice Roberts, Attorney General Gonzales & FBI Director Mueller
Synopsis of the Case
Responding to three criminal complaints filed in the United States District Court for Delaware, the District Court opened a civil case on February 12, 2008, to address civil wrongs associated with a criminal conspiracy by the named defendants to kidnap and murder Anthony Keyter as court litigant. (Link to the amended complaint provided below).
A customary 'Motion to Dismiss' was filed by the defendants Bush, Roberts, Gonzales, and Mueller, in an effort to escape civil liability and criminal prosecution for their wrongdoing. Plaintiff Anthony Keyter responded to this motion, and tabled a further three motions for Injunction, Mandamus, and Due Process of Law, presented in the links below. These motions seek due process and protection of the laws against ongoing obstruction of justice and an active murder plot by the defendants. (Motions pending - July 24, 2008).
