Court Case

Anthony P. Keyter vs President George W. Bush

The Constitution of the United States demands that "The President ... shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed." (US Constitution, Article II, Section 3). President Bush was informed of a major seditious and criminal conspiracy by officials and of the large-scale breakdown in the execution of the laws of the United States. [This conspiracy and breakdown is described in the 'Synopsis of the Case'] He was informed that an illegal cover up of a large parcel of crimes had taken place. He was provided with all the necessary information in order that he may take the appropriate corrective action.

Despite his peremptory duties and numerous requests, President Bush willfully failed to take any action at all. This conduct placed the President directly in breach of the Constitution, the criminal statutes, and the common law duties of every citizen. As a consequence, a civil suit was filed against President Bush for harm caused by these violations. The suit further sought a court order to compel the President to obey the law and the Constitution, and to initiate investigation and prosecution of the crimes.

The President's response was to wrongfully employ the machinery of state to thwart the normal course of justice and to evade civil and criminal culpability by illegal means. The President knew that if due process was administered, as to ordinary citizens, he could face substantial restitution and a prison sentence of up to 10 years. Officials willingly obliged and rallied to render criminal assistance to the President with a total disregard for the law, confident that they in turn would be shielded from culpability by the President and by the 'system'.

At the behest of President Bush:

  • The Secret Service was dispatched to harass and intimidate me.
  • The US Marshals were subsequently dispatched to further harass and intimidate me.
  • The FBI was employed to initiate illegal interception of all my communications, and to plot to neutralize me as a witness to crimes filed in the court cases.
  • The Clerk of the Supreme Court illegally removed evidence of all criminal wrongdoing from the Supreme Court Records in the case involving the President, case no. 05-140, and obstructed any actions in the Supreme Court which may implicate the President in crime.
  • The Supreme Court Police Department provided protection for the criminal activities in the Supreme Court.
  • Chief Justice John Roberts assured passage of the case Anthony P. Keyter vs. George W. Bush through the Federal Appeals Court (whilst a judge in that court), and passage through the US Supreme Court once he became Chief Justice in that court - in both cases without due process of law.
  • In all associated cases which in any way reveal criminal activity within the government, judges have criminally neglected to deal with those crimes and have illegally dismissed those cases.
  • The US Attorney for the District of Columbia violated a court order and the law. He had a duty to prosecute the President for crimes committed, but in fact defended the President in a civil suit premised upon those very same crimes - an untenable conflict of interest in law.
  • Two attempts were made to kidnap me, with intent to murder. Both attempts were foiled. Subsequent evidence of stalking indicates that the conspirators intend to consummate that plot.
  • Attempts were made to limit my financial ability to conduct the court cases. In collusion with the President, the Boeing Company fraudulently terminated my career with that company, and the FAA fraudulently prohibited me from using my flying license thereby destroying my livelihood.
  • Senators and Representatives who are informed of the criminal conspiracy within the government, (including the Judiciary Committees), have suppressed information thereof, and corrective action by Congress.
  • Former Attorney General Gonzales coordinated these criminal activities and those of the various groupings of criminal conspirators.

Protection was sought by means of a petition to the Supreme Court for an injunction against the perpetrators of the ongoing harmful acts described above. However, Supreme Court officials treated the injunction in the same manner as other incriminating evidence and illegally removed it from court records, preventing any action thereon.

These criminal acts, the dates, the names of the officials involved, and prima facie evidence, are described in detail in the following documents lodged with the United States Supreme Court in the case Anthony P. Keyter vs. George W. Bush, Case No. 05-140:

  • The criminal dossier: "State Supported Tyranny upon the Populace - The Culpability of President George W. Bush and Senior Officials of United States Government", (updated May 1, 2007).
  • Criminal Complaint, dated February 1, 2006.
  • Criminal Complaint, dated March 4, 2006.
  • Criminal Complaint, dated April 14, 2006.
  • Petition for Re-hearing.
  • Petition for a Writ of Mandamus.
  • Motion to Disqualify Chief Justice Roberts.
  • Petition for Preliminary Injunction.

Some of these documents can be accessed in the links below.

From this case against President Bush it is evident that United States Government power lies firmly in the hands of the iniquitous and is used to enforce a certain brand of tyranny upon the populace and to conceal a deluge of criminal activity by corrupt officials. 'Just government power' is usurped to serve immoral and selfish interests, and not the interests of the people.

Neither Nixon's Watergate, nor Clinton's disgrace, will compare with the ignominy wrought upon the nation when this affair comes to light, as inevitably it will.
