SUPREME COURT ORDER SOUGHT AGAINST PRESIDENT BUSH
The United States Supreme Court has been petitioned to issue a writ to order President Bush to tend to 1.6 million crimes committed by officials of government. To date, these crimes have been covered up by the government. The Petition, a public document, has been filed under Supreme Court case no. 05-140.
There is a major and ongoing criminal conspiracy afoot within the Washington State and Federal Governments to: obstruct the administration of the laws; defeat the course of justice; provide protection to criminals; and to deny Constitutional rights to protection of the laws and ownership of rightful property.
The crimes associated with this criminal conspiracy include numerous felonies and are of a serious nature. More than 300 government officers have sought to protect law-breaking colleagues from prosecution, thereby violating the laws on rendering criminal assistance, misprision of felony, conspiracy and other criminal statutes. Amongst the officials are police officers, prosecutors, judges and senior officials of government. Amongst the judges is Judge John Roberts, current nominee for the position of Chief Justice of the United States.
Article II, Section 3 of the United States Constitution obligates the President in these circumstances to "take care that the laws be faithfully executed". However, despite these Constitutional duties President Bush has elected to impede the administration of justice in favor of protecting malfeasant officials from criminal prosecution.
The United States Supreme Court has now been petitioned to issue a writ of mandamus (a court order) which will obligate President Bush to obey the Constitution and the law, and perform his peremptory duties with respect to the large scale criminal conspiracy by government officers, and the cover up thereof.
