PRESIDENT BUSH IN THE SUPREME COURT

On Friday July 22, 2005, an appeal was lodged with the Supreme Court of the United States in the civil case Anthony P. Keyter vs. President George W. Bush, United States District Court (District Columbia) case number: 1:03-CV-02496-EGS; United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit case number: 04-5324.

The case arises from the criminal conduct of 230 government officers and the culpability of President Bush in the illegal cover up of their crimes - obstructing the course of justice.

The Supreme Court is asked to decide whether the President has immunity from prosecution in his personal capacity for the criminal conspiracy and cover up thereof in breach of the criminal statute 18USC 4 (Misprision of Felony). Simply, is the President of the United States above the law? The petition to the Supreme Court also rests on the criminal conduct of the President's defense counsel who is acting under severe conflict between their duty to prosecute the President for crimes committed and their duty to defend the President in a civil suit arising from those very same crimes.

A civil case is also proceeding in the Court of Appeals against the 230 government officers for conspiracy and corruption, reference - United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, case number: 05-35717. Lower Court case: United States District Court, Western District of Washington, case number C04-5867 CCL.

Further information on these cases may be obtained directly from the Court Records or from the writer, as well as information on the criminal involvement of other US Appeals Court judges, including Judge John G. Roberts, Supreme Court Justice Nominee.
