U.S. FEDERAL JUDGE ARGUES PRESIDENT'S IMMUNITY FOR CRIMINAL ACTS
A federal judge presiding over a civil suit against 230 government officers for conspiracy and corruption strenuously argues that President Bush is immune from prosecution for his involvement in the cover up of that criminal conspiracy.
Despite the fact that the United States Criminal Code 18 USC 4 obliges every citizen who has knowledge of a felony to make it known to some judge, Judge Charles Lovell argues that President Bush is not subject to this law as "absolute immunity protects the President" from prosecution for statutory violations committed by him in his personal capacity. He suggests that the President is above the law. The judge further argues that the Counsel acting for President Bush is not in conflict of interest between his duty to prosecute the President for crimes and his duty to defend the President for those same crimes.
The argument of Senior Federal Court Judge Charles Lovell from Montana is contained in his judgment in the civil case Anthony P. Keyter vs. 230 Government Officers which is proceeding in the United States District Court, Western District of Washington [Case Number: CO4-5867 CCL. Public Access to Electronic Records (Pacer) tracking number is 3:04-CV-5867]. This case describes the perpetration and cover-up of 1.6 million crimes by 230 officials and embroils amongst others the governor, lt. governor, secretary of state and attorney-general of Washington State, 11 judges and senior officials from the US Department of Justice. As a result of a fraudulent and perjurous judgment rendered by Judge Lovell, the United States Court of Appeals has now been petitioned to 'stay' the judgment pending an appeal.
Criminal charges were last week filed against Judge Lovell for contempt for the rules of court and for obstruction of justice. The charges were filed with the US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and include the following crimes: threatening a witness, tampering with court evidence, misprision of felony, fraud, perjury and rendering criminal assistance to known criminals. All the charges stem from the illegal attempt by the judge to protect the 230 government officers from civil and criminal prosecution, and to save the Washington State and federal governments from the acute embarrassment of a threatening political scandal.
In his judgment, Judge Lovell links the above civil case to the case Anthony P. Keyter vs. President George W. Bush which has played out over the past 18 months in Washington D.C., and which is shortly to be appealed in the United States Supreme Court. [United States District Court, District of Columbia case number 1:03-02496 (EGS)]
Further information on the criminal charges in either of these cases may be obtained from the writer (details below), or from the Court Records.
