$230 MILLION SUIT AGAINST GOVERNMENT OFFICERS

A $230 million suit has been filed in the US District Court for Western Washington, at Tacoma, in a civil claim for damages against 230 officers of government, Case Number C04 5867 (RJB).

The case results from the failure of government officers to execute their statutory and common law duties regarding crimes committed within the government of Washington State.

The trial will disclose the cover-up of innumerable criminal acts involving 230 officials of government - from the most junior police officers, through their police chiefs, to prosecutors, judges, state executives, legislators, and ultimately, to the top echelons of the Department of Justice and the Government of the United States. The facts of this case will demonstrate the endemic corruption in the administration of justice in the United States, and large-scale cover-up of crimes and protection by officials of their own. The criminality embroils the very people whose function it is to see to, and/or oversee, the administration of justice.

The case has been referred to Judge Lasnik, Chief Judge for the Western District of Washington, for consideration of reassignment to a panel of judges from outside Washington State due to the alleged criminal involvement of 10 Washington State Judges in the crimes.

Further details may be gleaned from the Complaint filed in the US District Court case, which is public knowledge, or from the writer.
