This website endeavors to bring public attention to a virulent insurrection against the laws of the United States, presently involving 14,164 people - 14,110 senior officials of state and federal government and 54 others.

There is a major seditious conspiracy afoot within the government and the courts of the United States, intent on obstructing the execution of the laws and impeding the due course of justice under those laws. Numerous state and federal officials have committed crimes with impunity and have deprived rights, privileges and protections secured by the Constitution and the laws of the United States.

It is trusted that public awareness of this wave of criminality and sedition within the government will generate, from amongst the people of this nation, an effective countermeasure to this despotism in order to restore 'just' government in keeping with the treasured principles enshrined in the Constitution of the United States.

About Anthony Keyter
Anthony is a naturalized citizen of the United States and is a resident of the picturesque town of Gig Harbor in Washington State. Until recently he was a Senior Instructor Pilot with the Boeing Company in Seattle. After military service as a paratrooper in an airborne unit, his early career was spent as a test pilot flying high performance jet fighters. A keen sportsman and adventurer, Anthony has recently climbed the 14,500-foot Mount Rainier (pictured above), and has dog-sledded across many miles of Alaskan winter wilderness. In his younger life Anthony kayaked numerous rivers of his native South Africa, including a 400-mile stretch of the inhospitable Orange River. He is also an enthusiastic sports aviator having owned a Tiger Moth biplane for 27 years. Anthony holds a Masters Degree in Physics and Space Science from the University of Houston, and is a keen musician.

Anthony had the unfortunate experience of having all his property and assets seized through illegal government action. Since January 2002, Anthony has attempted, without success, to retrieve his assets and expose the crimes perpetrated by officials.

Insurrection against the Laws
Conspiring with others, a Washington State judge committed numerous crimes by illegally appropriating my entire estate. The crimes were reported to pertinent authorities, but they simply covered up the crimes. The initial crimes and the illegal cover up thereof were reported to the courts and other law-enforcement institutions, only to be met by a fresh round of concealment.

In my efforts to seek protection of the laws, the crimes were reported to an ever-widening circle and higher level of authorities, until thousands of written requests had been made to more than 14,000 officials from 620 pertinent institutions of government. However, in order to shield lawbreaking colleagues from prosecution, each and every official approached for assistance, instead concealed the crimes. Officials thereby implicated themselves in the rendering of criminal assistance, misprision of felony, and numerous other violations of the criminal statutes.

As the case grew, so did the risk of prosecution and incarceration for the officials involved. As a consequence, the officials implicated collectively conspired to take action to suppress that threat. The officials removed evidence of their crimes from official institutions and from the courts. They embarked upon a program to neutralize me as a key witness to their crimes. They illegally intercepted my communications; they destroyed my livelihood and blocked me from practicing my profession; they intimidated, and retaliated against me. Two attempts were made to inveigle, seize, and kidnap me with the intent to murder me, and in that way to dispose of the court cases against the officials implicated. These are the tools of corrupt government officials.

This criminal activity has developed into a major and ongoing criminal conspiracy within State and Federal Governments to obstruct the administration of the laws, defeat the course of justice, provide protection to criminals, and to deny me - a law abiding citizen - the Constitutional right to protection of the laws and ownership of rightful property. As of March 31, 2008, fourteen thousand one hundred sixty four (14,164) known conspirators are implicated in multiple felonies of a serious nature.

This story is told and the veracity thereof is amply substantiated through the court documents of 120 proceedings through 27 court actions - details of which are listed on this website. The facts are also elaborated and unimpeachable evidence provided in the 2000 pages of a 'Dossier of Crimes' filed with the authorities and with the courts on no less than 50 occasions. The dossier describes the impunity with which 14,110 officials and 54 others have committed a staggering number of crimes. The dossier exposes endemic corruption in the administration of justice and the arbitrary nature by which justice is dispensed and the laws are applied in the United States.

The sedition and lawlessness described includes the very people whose function it is to see to the administration of the laws: from the most junior police officers, through their police chiefs, to prosecutors, judges, state executives, the US Department of Justice, and ultimately the highest authorities in the land, the US Supreme Court, the Congress, the US Executive and the Presidency. Their combined criminal dereliction to enforce the laws constitutes a powerful insurrection against the laws, provides aid and comfort to the (domestic) enemies of the state and amounts to unmitigated treason against the United States.

Yet, the social order cannot tolerate such lawlessness in society. Concerned citizens cannot sit by idly and watch officials commit crime upon crime unopposed - watch the leaders of the nation relegate the Constitutional rights and protections to irrelevance. The violations of the nation's laws must be addressed, must be put right, for lest we condone, and by that condoning foster and encourage such iniquitous behavior. That has been the motivation for the court cases which I have filed against officials - acting pro se, for I have found no lawyer willing to take on this overwhelming deluge of corruption.

This website discloses the utter contempt which high level officials of the United States display for the Constitution, the law, and for the people they govern - and the impunity with which they have seditiously conspired to commit serious criminal offenses against the United States.

This insurrection against the laws, perpetrated by officials with such indifference, attest to an oppressive system of government. Together with the neglect of official duty - which stretches from the most junior policeman to the chief executive of the nation - they inflict a harsh impact upon society. Despite all the rhetoric as to freedom, rights of the individual, justice, and protection of the laws, the United States of America has a government at war with its own people.

The case presented herewith demonstrates that warfare.
